They are Bunker Hill Community College, Middlesex Community College, Massasoit Community College, Springfield Technical Community College, and Cape Cod Community College. Middlesex Community College is the biggest of the sonography schools in Massachusetts  The average yearly tuition for a degree in sonography is around $3,500.
